Families, Educators & Close Circles
Good intentions are common. Finishing sentences, rushing or correcting can unintentionally increase pressure. Support is not acceleration; sometimes it is simply non‑interference.
Speak to the person who stutters, not for them. Allow them to finish their own ideas. Ask if they would like suggestions rather than offering unsolicited advice. Patience and respect go further than any technique.
Community Principles
- No judgment – everyone’s experience of stuttering is valid.
- No correction – we don’t “fix” speech here.
- No prescriptions – there are no universal rules.
- No advertising – this is not a marketplace.
Participation is optional. Reading silently is as much a form of engagement as writing or speaking.
Media Kit & Press Statement
This platform is an independent, non‑profit initiative that approaches stuttering without pathologising it, grounded in lived experience and open‑access research.
Quote for press: “Well‑being matters more than fluency.”

We use clear language and avoid stigmatizing phrases. Feedback on accessibility is always welcome.
